I am Paris Wicker (she/her), an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy at The State University of New York at Buffalo.  My research centers the success and well-being of Black and Indigenous students, faculty, and staff. My research has been supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), The Ford Foundation, and the Wisconsin Center for Educational Research (WCER) and published in the Review of Higher Education, Journal of College Student Development, and Education Sciences.
